Randstad Argentina is seeking a Team Lead to manage end-to-end operational performance for assigned insurance operation workstreams, ensuring quality, production, and client SLA targets while fostering talent development and continuous improvement.

The role partners with global stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective, and scalable operations that support the company's strategic objectives and client commitments.

Formación

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in customer service, operations, retail banking or hazard insurance processing.
• Knowledge: Good verbal and written communications skills; an understanding of human resource policies and procedures.
• Well developed interpersonal skills promoting team participation with assigned staff.
• Motivational methods to improve and develop assigned staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day to day operations ensuring associates quality and productivity are up to standard.
• Lead performance conversations with associates and set short/long term goals for the team.
• Coach for performance and communicate departmental performance appropriately.
• Maintain proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders on challenges, opportunities and operational success.
• Develop action plans with local managers to drive operational gains and improvements.
• Enforce all corporate/operational/departmental policies and values.
• Ensure controls exist to monitor performance and manage financial risk for clients and company.
• Provide coaching and direction to all associates to promote continued improvement in performance.
