CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a logistics operations professional to oversee third-party service centers and TPMs in a hybrid setup. You will build strong external relationships, monitor performance metrics, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards across centers.

Role emphasizes cost management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pallet, crate, and container operations globally with CHEP’s sustainable model.

Formación

• Experience overseeing third-party service centers and TPMs is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with external providers to address operational challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations at third-party service centers and TPMs.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers to address challenges.
• Use performance data to assess site health and recommend safety investments.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Monitor service center expenditures and ensure timely cost recognition.
• Track Cost Per Pallet (CPP) and meet cost targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards across centers.
• Manage inventory control and monitor productivity and service indicators.
• Design and implement corrective actions and efficiency projects.
