Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, managing teams or leading initiatives.
• Strong supply chain or logistics background in an operational setting.
• Experience in talent development, planning, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment onboarding and talent planning for local logistics.
• Develop talent pipelines and pooling strategies for continuity and future capability.
• Coach and engage team to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
• Drive team engagement aligned with global people strategies and cross-functional forums.
• Review talent and development actions with logistics leaders to build future capability.
