Pernod Ricard USA, LLC is seeking a Director, North American Operational Excellence to drive a continuous improvement culture across seven sites. You will lead the change roadmap, train staff, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable improvements across the North American Operations.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma leadership, and strong analytical and change-management skills, with a preference for TPM/WCM experience and an MBA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Masters, Business Administration preferred.
• 5–10 years leading in a Manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years leading an operational excellence program (Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience developing and implementing transformational change.
• 10 years’ operational management experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic direction for the North American Operations change roadmap.
• Ensure roadmap delivery across 7 sites and groups.
• Identify tools to meet roadmap targets and standardize processes.
• Define data collection and KPI reporting from a single source.
• Train and mentor staff on tools and methods for sustainability.
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration and problem solving.
