CHEP is hiring to oversee third-party service centers in the region, ensuring adherence to CHEP standards and driving improvements. You will manage relationships with TPMs, monitor performance metrics, and implement cost-reduction strategies while upholding safety and quality across operations.

Hybrid work model is in place, with emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement to optimize productivity and service levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations at third-party service centers and TPMs within the assigned region, ensuring standards and procedures are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers; drive improvements and preventative maintenance.
• Use performance metrics to assess site health, safety improvements, and productivity investments.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives across third-party locations and monitor CPP performance.
• Monitor service center expenditures, track POs, accruals, and payments for accurate accounting.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are upheld at CHEP service centers.

And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model .Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities May Include:Oversee day-to-day operations at third-party service centers and TPMs within the assigned region, ensuring full compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures across the network.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with third-party providers, collaborating with site leadership to address operational challenges and implement improvements, including robust preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.Utilize operational data and performance metrics to evaluate the health and efficiency of third-party sites, identifying opportunities for safety enhancements and recommending investments to optimize productivity.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across third-party locations.Monitor and manage service center expenditures, including tracking purchase orders, accruals, and payments, to ensure timely cost recognition and financial accuracy.Track and analyze Cost Per Pallet (CPP) performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to ensure cost targets are met and exceeded.Gerenciar los Service Centers a cargo de manera integral.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades diarias de los Service Centers a cargo.
