Tidal is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to oversee operations for multiple Consumer Packaged Goods clients. This remote position involves managing projects, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve supply chain processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. The role requires proficient communication in English and the ability to thrive in a startup culture. Flexible hours with some overlap to US business hours.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with operational software/tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day execution across supply chain and operations projects.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 or C2 English level)

Highly organized with strong project management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Educación

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
