Amazon Logistics is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to work with Delivery Service Partners across Europe, focusing on safety, performance, and growth. This role acts as advisor and operating partner to help DSPs launch and expand their net-new businesses while ensuring compliance and reliable capacity.

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing third-party resources regionally.
• Experience with contingent workforce in peak season.
• Strong analytical skills and data confidence.
• Experience in operations, last mile, or logistics management.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: ensure compliance with OTR teams.
• Guide DSP owners as they scale and ramp operations.
• Onboard and launch new DSP partners.
• Coach owners to run compliant, high-performing companies.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Develop relationships between Amazon and DSP partners.
• Communicate with OTR partners and stakeholders.
