US Foods is seeking a Replenishment Leader for the Market in Little Rock, AR. You will run replenishment operations, own logistics, sales, and costing coordination for product orders, and serve as the face of Replenishment to ensure commitments are met.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with the Replenishment Service Center, manage Replenishment Assistants, and lead a team to drive continuous improvement. This is an onsite role with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5 years of purchasing work experience.
• Extensive food service knowledge and supply chain experience.
• Proficient with desk­top software (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail, strong customer orientation, and fact-based decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee replenishment duties and KPI monitoring for a Market.
• Coordinate with Area Buyers and Replenishment Assistants.
• Ensure continuity of product supply and manager on demand changes.
• Lead the Replenishment team and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with Area Directors and cross-functional partners to meet commitments.
