Qualifications include 3+ years in warehouse distribution and 1+ year in workforce supervision; OSHA and HACCP familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience with safety programs and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free operations.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates and address performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise warehouse productivity and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Oversee hiring and retention of warehouse personnel in collaboration with management.
• Ensure proper staging, loading, and shipping readiness for outbound product.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust processes to meet safety and efficiency targets.
• Schedule shifts effectively and manage equipment safety and maintenance.
• Support cost control and inventory accuracy initiatives.
