Michaels in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and a hands-on approach to training and coaching teams, maintaining SOPs, and achieving in-stock and service objectives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, aligning staffing with business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom and floor.
• Manage store inventory control, ensuring accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, ensuring promotional signage and product placement are compliant.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with documentation accuracy.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skills development.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
