Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will supervise staff, leasing cycles, maintenance, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to company policies and housing laws.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, resident satisfaction, and the implementation of marketing plans to optimize occupancy and revenue. Strong staff development and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, training, and performance coaching.
• Monitor financials: budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and ensure property safety and compliance.
