Strong leadership, market knowledge, and customer service are essential as you coach staff, implement marketing plans, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in residential property management or related field

Responsabilidades

• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, vendors, co-workers, and the community.
• Achieve NOI through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Establish leasing goals and manage lease expiration program.
• Analyze operational data for NOI impact and recommend strategies.
• Lead on-site staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Develop budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans; report to Regional Manager.
• Maximize rental income while controlling expenses.
• Monitor income, delinquencies, and rent collections.
• Ensure accuracy of rent pricing on websites and materials.
• Show, lease, and move in prospects; train sales staff.
• Resident retention programs and service request follow-ups.
• Lease renewal programs and market condition analysis.
• Direct sales/marketing to maximize occupancy; ensure units market-ready.
• Develop preventive maintenance program and ensure service responsiveness.
• Promote safety programs; enforce SOPs.
• Communicate with owners, residents, vendors, and staff.
• Provide staff training and staffing schedules.
• Address customer complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Assist with applicant screening per standards.
• Participate in planned resident activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
