The role includes leading staff, managing budgets, and promoting unit availability, with a on-site compensation package and health benefits. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success.

Formación

• A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of one to two years of property management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site staff and foster a supportive work environment.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of on-site team.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage rent collection and delinquent accounts per California law.
• Monitor expenses and prepare budgets for property operations.
• Promote available units and maintain leasing records with Fair Housing compliance.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain community standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness through regular inspections.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and inspections.
