We are seeking an Onboarding Sales Trainer to own the onboarding and development of new sales hires working with the US market. This hands-on role leads two-week onboarding programs, trains cohorts, and develops practical sales skills across discovery, objections, closing, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales experience and practical understanding of the full sales cycle.
• 2+ years in leadership, supervision, coaching, or sales management.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English for training and feedback.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and engaging delivery.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM, telephony, and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires in LATAM, two-week program.
• Train cohorts of 4–5 now, growing to 10+ as the team scales.
• Develop sales skills: discovery, probing, objections, closing, follow-up.
• Train on product, processes, and tools including CRM and telephony.
• Run interactive sessions with role plays, mock calls, and feedback.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and handover to Sales Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisors to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and improve onboarding materials and scripts.
