Moody's Corporation in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Office Manager to lead daily administrative and workplace operations for the Argentina office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-centric environment.

You will coordinate the local admin team, supervise onboarding/offboarding, manage vendor contracts, and partner with People, Legal, and Finance to maintain records and policies, while supporting cross-functional initiatives and cross-regional communication.

Formación

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in office management, administration, workplace operations, executive support, or a comparable role within a professional corporate environment.
  • Ability to independently manage office operations, lead administrative processes, set priorities, and coordinate or supervise an administrative support team.
  • Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of basic legal, corporate, workplace health, safety, and hygiene administration with sound judgement.
  • Experience managing vendors, service contracts, purchasing, accounts payable, and expense tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices and efficiency improvements.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the daily administrative and workplace operations of the Argentina office to provide a safe, efficient, and employee-focused environment.
  • Coordinate the local administrative support team, allocate responsibilities, monitor delivery, and ensure backup coverage.
  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the General Manager and senior leaders, handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration in partnership with People team.
  • Oversee routine legal, corporate, compliance, health, safety, and hygiene administration, escalating when needed.
  • Lead selection, onboarding, and coordination of office service providers, contracts, invoices, and expenses.
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, events, and on-site logistics with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as local liaison for regional and corporate functions, providing updates on risks, supplier performance, and needs.

Skills And Competencies
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in office management, administration, workplace operations, executive support, or a comparable role within a professional corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage office operations, lead administrative processes, set priorities, and coordinate or supervise an administrative support team
  • Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle and human resources administration, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, employee documentation, benefits administration, and first-line policy support
  • Working knowledge of basic legal, corporate, workplace health, safety, and hygiene administration, with sound judgement to recognize when specialist advice or escalation is required
  • Experience managing vendors, service contracts, purchasing, accounts payable, office budgets, and expense tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Workplace Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Responsibilities

Lead the daily administrative and workplace operations of the Argentina office to provide a safe, efficient, and employee-focused environment.

  • Lead office operations, set priorities, coordinate resources, and maintain consistent service standards across administrative activities, facilities, access, security, emergency arrangements, and workspace readiness
  • Coordinate the local administrative support team, allocate responsibilities, monitor delivery, provide day-to-day guidance, and ensure appropriate backup coverage
  • Serve as a trusted administrative and operational partner to the General Manager and designated senior leaders, exercising discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave records, documentation, benefits administration, workplace readiness, and routine policy support in partnership with the People team and other responsible functions
  • Coordinate routine legal, corporate, compliance, workplace health, safety, and hygiene administration while maintaining required records and escalating matters that require specialist guidance
  • Lead the selection, onboarding, and ongoing coordination of office service providers, contracts, renewals, purchase requisitions, invoices, accounts payable documentation, expenses, and operational inventories
  • Coordinate travel, expense submissions, office events, employee initiatives, executive visits, and meetings, including scheduling, facilities, technology, suppliers, communications, and on-site logistics
  • Act as the principal local liaison for regional and corporate functions, communicate local requirements, support cross-functional initiatives, maintain operational procedures and records, and provide clear updates on risks, open items, supplier performance, and upcoming needs.
