Job summary

Reino Homecenter is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end in a remote LATAM setup. This performance role requires daily in-platform work, launching and optimizing campaigns with clear explanations of actions and results.

You will build scalable Meta structures, manage budgets, run testing roadmaps with creatives, and ensure reliable tracking and reporting across Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and UTMs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Strong ecommerce performance background with concrete examples.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend for a single account.
• Solid fundamentals in audience strategy, testing, structure, scaling, and diagnosis.
• Clear English communication with concise explanations of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, DPA when relevant).
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken and outcomes.
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion and post-click performance.
• Ensure reliable tracking (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs).
