Myremota is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This fully remote LATAM role emphasizes performance, in-platform daily optimization, and clear communication of actions and results.

You’ll structure accounts for scale, improve MER/ROAS, and build a repeatable creative testing system with the team. Strong English and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend in a single account.
• Strong foundation in audience strategy, testing, and scaling.
• Clear English communication and structured decision explanations.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA).
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, offers, pages; summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken with rationale and impact.
• Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance.
• Ensure reliable tracking (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs) and attribution discussions.
