OLIVER LATIN AMERICA is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and deliver marketing programs across multiple workstreams. You will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to complex programs, translating priorities into plans, and aligning teams and partners to keep deliverables on track.

The role focuses on program coordination, stakeholder management, and execution, with an emphasis on clear communication, ownership, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Backgrounds in program management, project management, marketing operations, campaign operations, integrated marketing, event programs, or related fields are encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple marketing programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
• Track actions and deliverables through completion, addressing blockers and escalating risks as needed.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders, internal teams, specialist functions, and external partners to stay aligned.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, status updates, and reporting.
• Support execution of campagne, customer, and event initiatives and related operational activities.
• Coordinate communications, clarifying priorities, actions, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Support financial and administrative aspects including budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage Gen AI to enhance efficiency.
