Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a U.S.-based marketing agency. This remote role requires ownership of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process across diverse projects, partnering with finance and department leads to optimize profitability and staffing.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, implement PM systems, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years in an agency setting, ideally across multiple service lines (Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO).
• Demonstrated experience building or overhauling PM systems and processes — not just operating within an existing one.
• Strong financial acumen, comfortable analyzing budgets, margins, and project profitability alongside a finance team.
• Experience with resource and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects.
• A clear point of view on how project work should be run, with the confidence to advocate for it.
• Asana experience required.

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget
• Build, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more
• Own project budgets and partner directly with the finance team to analyze project and client profitability
• Own resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risks
• Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacity
• Train teams on processes and drive adoption
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth handoffs and keeping project teams focused on the end goal
• Communicate project status clearly and proactively to stakeholders
• Stay closely aware of company goals and strategy, bringing forward recommendations that connect project execution to agency-level outcomes
