Ryz Labs is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a client; remote in LatAm, 30 hours/week. You will drive execution and unblock blockers, coordinating across internal teams and external agencies.

Fluent in English and Spanish with 3–5 years PM experience, you will manage trackers in Monday.com, communications in Slack and Google Workspace, and ensure timely campaign delivery while maintaining QA standards.

At Ryz Labs we are looking for a Maketing Project Manager for one of our clients.

Must-Haves & Core Qualifications

• Proactive "Unblocker" Mindset: Willing and able to jump into the details, follow up relentlessly, and hunt down what is needed across teams so peers hit their deadlines. Zero hesitation/not shy about speaking up, escalating, and driving accountability.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent and fully proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) for daily coordination and documentation.
• PM Experience:3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Monday.com (core tracking tool), Slack, and collaborative/docs (Google Workspace / Confluence).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven track record running standups, tracking dependencies, and aligning internal channel leads (CRM managers, QA, Care) with external agencies.
• CRM / Digital Marketing Literacy: Familiarity with basic CRM channels and assets (Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App Messages) to understand timelines and deliverables.

Core Responsibilities (Operational Focus)

• Drive Execution & Clear Roadblocks: Proactively engage team members, identify missing assets or dependencies early, and push blockers out of the way before dates slip.
• Own the Trackers: Keep Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs updated and accurate in real time.
• Facilitate Syncs & Action Items: Lead standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies; capture clear action items and follow up until closed.
• QA & Care Bridge: Keep campaign assets moving through QA on schedule and ensure Customer Care stays aligned on upcoming high-volume sends.
