Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Marketing Program Manager (Assistant Director) to lead multi-channel marketing and events across global and local teams in Argentina. You will translate EY’s business priorities into world-class execution, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations within an agile team.

You’ll coordinate with BMC, onshore stakeholders and external partners, overseeing campaigns from planning through to measurement, while delivering measurable impact and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, event management, communications or related field preferred.
Experience with multi-channel marketing and large events.
Ability to manage multiple events/campaigns to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end campaign and event operations from planning to delivery.
Set up project governance, timelines, budgets and resources.
Collaborate with Global Delivery Services teams and external partners to drive campaign execution.
Coordinate across channels (social, digital, events, print, in-person, hybrid).
Analyze performance data and produce executive stakeholder reports.
