Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience for transformation and modeling.
• Proficient in dbt or Dataform pipelines and modular data schemas.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate) and marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture: connect APIs into Adverity and build Python connectors.
• Own CRM integration: ensure reliable data connections from Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Own data warehouse: design schemas in BigQuery and manage partitioning and cost.
• Own transformation & mapping: build modular SQL pipelines with version control.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation: manage GitHub Actions and multi-client safeguards.
• Enable the reporting layer: craft views for Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.
