Formación

• Experience setting up marketing platforms and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Google PPC, Local Services Ads, GBP optimization, and SEO.
• Experience coordinating lead generation platforms (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Yelp).
• Ability to support social media ads and content initiatives for acquisition.
• Ability to implement campaigns and track performance for ROI.

POSITION: Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred) Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours Compensation: 2000 – 2500 USD/month Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Marketing Platform & Campaign Setup Set up and support new marketing platforms and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Work with marketing initiatives across Google, including PPC, Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Business Profile optimization, and SEO.
• Support the setup and organization of lead generation platforms such as Angi, HomeAdvisor, Yelp, and other relevant lead aggregators.
• Assist with social media advertising, content initiatives, direct mail campaigns, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Help ensure new marketing campaigns, tools, and platforms are properly implemented and ready to track performance.
• Marketing Operations & Coordination Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives and help keep projects moving across different channels and platforms.
• Organize marketing workflows, timelines, and campaign-related activities.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives are launched correctly.
• Help identify gaps, missing information, or operational issues that could affect campaign performance or reporting.
• Reporting, Tracking & ROI Build and maintain a dedicated marketing dashboard to track campaign performance and return on investment.
• Monitor results across different channels and help organize data into clear, actionable reporting.
• Track key metrics such as marketing spend, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Help ensure the company has visibility into which marketing channels and campaigns are performing well and where adjustments may be needed.
• Provide clear updates and insights based on campaign performance and available data.
