The Maintenance Program Manager will work within the Facilities Management department to provide technical expertise, oversight of contracts, and program management for facilities maintenance and utility operations.

Responsibilities include developing scopes of work, managing service contracts, and coordinating with vendors to streamline delivery across roofing, fire suppression systems, elevators, HVAC, and pest control.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of experience in facilities maintenance, facility operations, utilities or procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scopes of work and oversee service contracts.
• Manage and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with CMMS administrator and project managers for maintenance planning and turnover.
• Oversee outside vendors to streamline service delivery across building categories.
