Sunrise Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to uphold property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handling preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and prompt response to resident service requests.

Expect 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related tasks.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks across units and common areas, including appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Ensure exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and remind residents of delays due to parts.
• Complete preventive maintenance and safety inspections per policy and report issues to management.
