Service 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained branch environments. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and support custodial and operational tasks across locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and operate standard office software.

Formación

• Three to five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Ability to read building plans and understand equipment layouts.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure work meets contracts and standards.
• Investigate and resolve facility issues and service interruptions promptly.
• Provide courier and delivery support between branches and post office.
• Maintain inventory and distribution of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Support security systems and assist with capital improvement projects.
