Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred or MBA in progress.
• English proficiency—oral and written—required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial diligence data, market trends, and client models to inform transactions.
• Support assessments of growth opportunities, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for acquisitions, divestitures, and value creation.
• Review financial statements and industry information to identify risks and opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into deliverables for clients with clear themes and implications.
• Contribute to due-diligence workstreams across the deal lifecycle.
• Use analytics tools to gather and interpret information from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to track tasks and milestones.
• Uphold Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection practices.
• Ensure correct Information Security Management practices are applied.
