The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, is seeking a Security Guard to safeguard guests, team members and property. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and discreetly addressing safety concerns to deter theft and disruptions.

You will provide escorts for staff and guests, support VIP events, and uphold the Four Seasons standards of safety and hospitality on Paradise Island. A vigilant mindset, timely reporting, and teamwork with resort departments are essential.

Formación

• Patrol and inspect property to protect against theft, fire, vandalism, terrorism and other illegal activity.
• Posting at stationary positions to provide access control.
• Posting at checkpoints to monitor employee time and ensure ID checks.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol and inspect property to protect against theft, fire, vandalism, terrorism and other illegal activity.
• Posting at stationary positions throughout the property to provide access control.
• Posting at checkpoints to carry out employee bag checks and monitor employees swiping time clock.
• Control access of independent contractors and vendors by ensuring that they log in and display proper ID before entering property.
• Control access of vehicles entering/leaving property.
• Monitor public areas and guests floors to identify and remove undesirable persons and trespassers.
• Provide escorts for employees and patrons including escorts of cash and other valuables.
• Provide security for special events and VIP services.
• Provide exceptional customer service when assisting guests, patrons and employees.
• Provide all reasonable duties requested by management.
