The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas, is seeking a Security Guard III to ensure the safety and well‑being of guests, employees and property.

You will patrol the grounds, perform access control, escort guests and staff, monitor VIP services and complete incident reports to support security operations.

This role offers opportunities to contribute to a renowned luxury resort and to work with a professional team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

• Patrol and inspect property to protect against theft, fire, vandalism, and other illegal activity.
• Posting at stationary positions to provide access control and monitor entry points.
• Providing escorts for guests, employees and valuables; assisting with VIP services.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol and inspect property to protect guests and assets.
• Post at checkpoints to log in entrants and ensure proper ID.
• Control access of contractors and vendors; monitor vehicle entry and exit.
• Monitor public areas to identify and remove undesirable persons and trespassers.
• Provide escorts for employees and patrons and assist with special events.
• Complete incident reports and participate in court or hearings as needed.
• Assist Supervisors with briefing, post assignments, and coaching of guards.
