Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Floor Supervisor for The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort, on Paradise Island, Bahamas. The role directs Housekeeping staff to meet exacting standards for guest rooms and public areas and supports a cohesive, well-organized team.

You will train, schedule, and monitor staff performance, coordinate tasks, and handle guest concerns in line with Four Seasons policies, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet exacting standards.
• Inspect and coach staff performance to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Schedule daily work plans and track room status.
• Coordinate work orders and release checkout rooms for sale.
• Handle guest complaints per hotel policy and assist in team development.

The Role of the Floor Supervisor

The role of the Floor Supervisor is to direct a section of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and Housemen responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Trains and coaches the staff.
• Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.
• Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress.
• Inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, bring employee back to room to correct the deficiency.
• Coordinates work orders in assigned section. Follows up to be sure work is completed. Releases checkout rooms to be sold.
• Monitors the performance of House Attendants. Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors.
• Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates and assigns workload.
• Ensures that staff members report to work on time, in complete uniform and as schedule while maintaining a high level of personal hygiene.
• Handles guests’ complaints in accordance with hotel policies.
• Assists the Director in building an efficient team.
• Performs all reasonable duties requested by management.
