Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Houseman for The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. The role focuses on assisting with the cleaning of guestrooms, hallways and the linen room to Four Seasons standards, including baseboard cleaning, vacuuming, linen handling and cart replenishment.

Ideal candidates will have housekeeping experience, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team in a luxury hotel environment on Paradise Island.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning preferred.
• Ability to clean guestrooms, corridors and linen areas to standard.
• Capable of using cleaning tools and following safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with general cleaning of guestrooms, hallways and linen room to established standards.
• Clean baseboards, vacuum rooms, and clean windows and doors as needed.
• Manage linen and cart replenishment; collect soiled items and deliver to appropriate areas.
• Turn mattresses, arrange bedding configurations, and tidy balconies/patio spaces.
• Ensure all equipment used by the houseman is functioning and report malfunctions promptly.
