Aleph is seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager / User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize global advertising campaigns across major platforms. You will manage client portfolios end-to-end, from strategy through execution to reporting, serving as the go-to expert for results.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on campaign management in ads accounts
• Experience across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Microsoft Ads or Yandex
• Strong analytics and performance marketing understanding
• Fluent English and Russian (written and verbal)
• On-site Limassol office required

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and run campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to maximize performance for high-value clients.
• Build audience segmentation using first- and third-party data and implement retargeting.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for wrap-ups and billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and drive growth.
