Job summary

Aleph, a global digital advertising company, seeks a Business Development Manager for Microsoft Advertising focused on Central and Eastern Europe, with emphasis on Cyprus-based clients. Russian-speaking expertise is essential, with English as the main working language across teams.

You’ll collaborate with Client Solutions and Performance teams to grow advertiser partnerships, sign new accounts, and drive revenue through strategic campaign plans and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development in digital advertising, ad tech or an agency.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and advertising KPIs.
• Knowledge of Cyprus business community orCEE markets is a plus.
• Confidence managing complex relationships between clients and agencies.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Find, approach and sign advertisers, brands, performance and media agencies in CEE, starting with Cyprus-based companies.
• Understand marketing goals and recommend Microsoft Advertising solutions delivering measurable results.
• Advise clients on campaign planning, digital media strategy and performance.
• Collect product feedback from advertisers and agencies.
• Negotiate agency deals and guide clients through contracts and account setup.
• Research market, monitor competitors, represent Aleph at industry events.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue weekly, monthly and yearly; keep CRM up to date.
