Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels to engage, activate, and retain customers in LATAM with USD compensation.

You will build automated workflows, segment audiences, run A/B tests, analyze metrics, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams, while ensuring privacy and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proven experience developing and executing customer lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
• Develop customer engagement strategies focused on acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Segment customer audiences based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
• Create and optimize personalized marketing campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
