CookUnity is seeking a CRM Analyst – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention to help plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push, and in-app messages for lifecycle campaigns. You will collaborate with the CRM team on strategy, ensure accurate execution, and perform follow-up analysis.

Join a collaborative CRM team and contribute to performance reporting while coordinating with engineering, product, and data teams.

Formación

• 2+ years in D2C email marketing
• Experience building and deploying emails from scratch
• Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms

Responsabilidades

• Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages for Lifecycle campaigns in Braze
• Maintain CRM marketing calendar and roadmap
• Support weekly performance reporting
• Coordinate with engineering, product, data teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely communications and approvals
