CookUnity is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead our Business Analytics team and own the analytical strategy that powers core growth and retention. You’ll mentor analysts, set priorities, and partner with senior leaders while staying hands-on on high-stakes questions.

Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll coordinate with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations, ensuring rigorous analysis and clear recommendations to guide strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics with decisions changing outcomes
• 2+ years leading analysts or mentoring a team
• Advanced SQL and BI tooling proficiency; familiarity with Snowflake/BigQuery and dbt a plus
• Strong grounding in experimentation and causal thinking (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality)
• Experience in consumer, subscription, or marketplace models focusing on retention, LTV, and pricing dynamics
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align senior leaders with technical teams
• Player-coach mindset: leadership and hands-on problem solving

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Business Analytics team and set clear priorities.
• Be the primary analytical partner to Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Design and read out experiments (A/B tests, holdouts) and translate results into actionable decisions.
• Own forecasting and goal-setting, developing models and targets for leadership.
• Safeguard analytical quality through peer-review and executive sign-off of analyses.
• Establish best practices for rigor, reproducibility, and communication of insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering to ensure data and tooling support the analytics function.
