EY seeks a Senior Associate to support Time Away services, coordinating leave and workplace accommodations. The role focuses on operational workflows, accurate case documentation, and timely communication to enable senior staff to focus on complex compliance work.

The ideal candidate will manage intake, ensure data integrity, and support case lifecycle from intake through closure, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to structured processes within HR systems.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, case management, or a high-volume administrative role.
• Exposure to leave of absence, accommodations, or regulated HR processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain accommodation and leave cases in case management systems (e.g., Navex, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper linkage of employee records and supporting documentation.
• Perform initial quality checks and resolve data gaps before case progression.
