Software Mind Americas seeks a Test Automation Lead / Senior SDET to own end-to-end test automation for a greenfield .NET platform replacing legacy apps for a US client. Build a framework in C# with Playwright, integrate gates in Azure DevOps, and transfer practices to an existing QA team.

You will mentor QA staff, define standards, and ensure coverage of web and MAUI Blazor components. Strong English, 2+ years in Playwright, and CI/CD expertise are required.

Formación

• Excellent English skills (C1) and strong communication.
• 2+ years of hands-on Playwright experience in production.
• Fluent in C# and able to write integration tests for .NET services.
• Proven ownership of an automation framework built from scratch or significantly improved.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience: code as pipeline, result publishing, gate config.
• Experience mentoring other testers in automation.
• Available 09:00–17:00 US Eastern Time daily.

Responsabilidades

• Own test automation end to end, building a black-box, system-level suite from an empty repository.
• Define standards: locator naming, page objects, test data strategy, flaky test policy.
• Build the framework in C# using Playwright .NET bindings.
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD with Azure DevOps and PR gates.
• Verify AI-generated output independently against app code and unit tests.
• Cover tenant isolation and the MAUI Blazor Hybrid mobile surface.
• Mentor QA through Playwright fundamentals and automation practices.
