EPAM Systems seeks an accomplished Lead DevOps Engineer who leads technical teams and shapes architecture for enterprise cloud platforms.

The role focuses on designing resilient infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure, refining deployment pipelines, automating provisioning, and enforcing security and compliance.

You will mentor engineers, drive reliability improvements, and champion modern DevOps practices across large, multi-stakeholder environments.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership or team coordination capacity.
• Proven hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for designing and supporting cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement highly available and resilient cloud infrastructure
• Partner with development and operations teams to refine deployment pipelines and boost overall system performance
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring processes
• Promote and enforce CI/CD standards and workflows across multiple teams
• Manage and resolve incidents in both live and test environments
• Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
• Ensure all cloud operations adhere to security and compliance requirements
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance on DevOps tools and cloud technologies
• Participate in incident reviews and drive improvements for system reliability
• Explore and recommend innovative tools and practices to advance the DevOps environment
