Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee AI and contact center solution implementations within a structured PMO. You will balance technical understanding with financial oversight, client engagement, and strategic project governance to drive successful outcomes.

The role involves leading multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating across teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality deliverables and adherence to PMO standards.

Qualifications

• English proficiency: Verbal C2.
• Experience in project management life cycle, waterfall model, agile, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with Budgeting, Change Management, Client Engagement, Finance, and Communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project/Planner, Office 365, Teams Premium (AI features), and Copilot.
• Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations across multiple CCaaS platforms (NiCE CXone, AWS Connect Customer, Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI.
