Qualifications

• Experience in project management life cycle, waterfall, agile, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with budgeting, change management, client engagement, finance, and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project/Planner, Office 365, Teams Premium (AI features), and Copilot.
• Ability to manage cloud CCaaS operations and implementations across multiple CCaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives.
• Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.
• Proactive managements of project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
• Serve as the overall project lead for successful project completion.
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring prioritization and alignment across various groups.
