Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage resource allocation across global projects.
• Develop monitoring strategies, action plans, and risk mitigation.
• Attend study team and client meetings to communicate study status.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation and audit readiness.
