Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team in Mendoza. You will manage software licensing across a large portfolio, ensure accurate licensing decisions, and support compliance and optimization across multiple regions and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to drive licensing accuracy and cost efficiency, handling high-volume requests with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models.
• Experience in multi-publisher environments and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Process software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
