Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team, supporting licensing decisions, accuracy, and timely service delivery across LATAM and international regions.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and software publishers to optimize licensing, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency in a high-volume, multivendor environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM or IT Asset Management with major SAM responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience across a broad software portfolio with multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, utilization, compliance, optimization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and priorities across publishers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across multiple publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing details.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams.
• Balance competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
