Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its regional LATAM team from Mendoza, Argentina. You will manage software licensing across a large, multi-vendor portfolio, coordinate renewals, audits, and compliance, and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and engineering to optimize costs and usage.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS), and fluency in English and Spanish to

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT asset management
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS)
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multi-vendor environments
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, audits
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize time-sensitive requests
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchases
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs
