Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its regional SAM hub. You will manage licensing requests, interpret terms, and maintain asset records across LATAM, coordinating renewals and optimizations with IT, Procurement, Finance, and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on licensing knowledge, the ability to work in a high-volume environment, and fluency in English and Spanish. Global/regional stakeholders expect accurate, timely service and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM and software licensing experience.
Experience across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Strong attention to detail and license compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
