Plume is seeking a Regional Lead to establish and own our presence across Latin America. You will drive partnerships with regional exchanges, asset managers, fintechs, and regulators, while growing a developer and user community on-chain.

This founder-style role requires setting regional strategy and owning adoption and brand in LATAM. You will lead go-to-market efforts in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and other markets, coordinating with global teams to ensure compliant, scalable expansion.

Formación

• 5+ years of business development, partnerships, or regional GTM experience across LATAM crypto/fintech.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and the LATAM regulatory/competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build a region from scratch.
• Excellent public speaking and relationship-building with regulators, partners, and communities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy across key LATAM markets (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Argentina).
• Source and close partnerships with regional exchanges, asset managers, and fintechs.
• Build relationships with regulators and industry bodies to support compliant expansion.
• Represent Plume at regional conferences and media opportunities as the regional spokesperson.
• Coordinate with Global BD, Legal, and Marketing to localize positioning and campaigns.
