Job summary

Connections Education Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise data migrations for a global manufacturing client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and controls, and manage risks to guarantee a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires proven data migration leadership in large programs, expertise in data migration methodology, and ability to drive controls and risk strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
