Bybit is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive manufacturer. You will plan and execute data migration activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, risk management, and strong English communication, with availability in UTC working hours (9:00–17:00). This is a 100% remote, full-time position offering international collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Data Migration Lead or Team Lead experience in large-scale programs.
• Strong data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
• English proficiency; interviews conducted in English; UTC 9:00–17:00 working hours.

• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
