Job summary

Bcrecruitment in Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end‑to‑end data migration initiatives for a large enterprise ERP program. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations, and excellent English. Remote work is supported with standard UTC working hours (9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
